As part of our insurance policy, all instructors must submit their current professional liability insurance showing Mammoth Lake Recreational Park, LLC. DBA Mammoth Lake Texas as additional insured.
Store policies must have instructors listed in writing as insured. We must have this information on file 48 hours prior to reservation for an instructor to conduct scuba certification dives at Mammoth.
