Instructor Requirements

Instructors from across Texas and beyond conduct certification dives and training activities at Mammoth Lake Texas.

All instructors must submit current professional liability insurance showing Mammoth Lake Recreation Park, LLC DBA Mammoth Lake Texas as additional insured.

Store or facility insurance policies must list instructors in writing as covered insureds. This information must be on file at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.

Please also provide an updated Emergency Action Plan showing that after 911 is called, Mammoth Lake Texas will be notified by calling (979) 288-6118.
